Miko + Mollie is closing or selling in the next few months and for that reason our returns policy has changed!
Refunds have never been a part of our returns policy and that hasn't changed. Refunds will not occur for any reason.
Credit notes will now be discontinued as part of our returns policy because there is not considerable time to use them and we don't want you to lose them when we close or sell to a new owner!
At this time, the only option for a return is immediate exchange for something else (return postage to us and return postage of the exchange back to you are at your cost).
In a few more weeks as we get closer to closing or selling, returns for change of mind, ill fit, don't like it when it arrives etc WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE.
For hygiene reasons underwear, headware, earrings, face mask covers and swimwear cannot be returned under any circumstances (unless faulty). Luckily those items often have quite a flexible fit due to the stretch in the fabrics but if in any doubt please contact us for assistance with sizing before purchasing.
Terms and conditions for an exchange
Items must be returned to us within 7 days of you receiving the items, using express post services.
They must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Return postage is at your cost and we recommend using a trackable service and insurance if the item is valuable. If the items are not received by us we will not be able to process your return.
Return postage of the exchange item back to you is also at your cost.
Upon receiving your returned item/s we will assess condition. If we reasonably believe you have worn or damaged the item we reserve the right to decline the return. You will have the choice to have the item/s returned to you at your cost if this occurs.
If we accept your return, the item or items you have selected to exchange for will be posted out to you once you have paid your return postage invoice.
Please let us know your preference when you are returning the item/s and we will do our best to hold them for you (which is why your return must be express posted back to us and must be received within 7 days of you receiving your order).

To avoid the need to return anything please ask us for help! We are experts at sizing, we know how every garment in our store fits and we are experts at understanding how they look on different body types and can help ensure you get something you love if you ask enough questions!
Returns are collected and processed twice a week but we hardly ever receive any because our stock and service is so good so most people get what they love first time, every time, so we will process them as quickly as we can if you need to return something!
***DISCOUNTED ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES - EVEN IF YOU SEND THEM BACK TO US. These items are discounted to clear and there is no profit left in them to provide the labour involved in a return and servicing the second order placed with your credit note. If you return a sale item or an item discounted using a discount code without discussing with us first your return will not be actioned. Note: this applies to all sale items unless you clear it with us first.
Using existing credit notes
Existing credit notes MUST be used by 30 April 2022. After this time we cannot guarantee we will still be open and you run the risk of us closing before you use your credit note. Refunds will not be provided for unused credit notes under any circumstances. We have given ample warning to use your credit notes and no further credit notes will be provided from this date to ensure customers don't run out of time to use them before we close.
Please note, credit notes cannot be used with any other discount codes or vouchers - they go in the discount codes box at checkout. This has always been a condition of our returns policy.
Credit notes must also be used all in one order so enjoy the process and treat yourself well!
Thank you for your wonderful custom over the 5.5 years we have been open and we look forward to seeing you over at our new, slower paced health and wellbeing business, self + soul, as we take a well earned break from the fast pace of fashion!
