Returns Policy
As a valued customer of Miko + Mollie you not only have your usual consumer rights under Australian consumer law but we also offer 7 day returns for change of mind. You can return your item/s within 7 days and as long as they are still in brand new, unworn condition. You can exchange them for something else or receive a store credit for future use.
Fashion is a fast paced game and we ask you to respect how hard we work to run a successful business so please return your item/s to us IMMEDIATELY on receipt of them if you do not like them or want to return them for any reason. Items returned to us outside of the 7 day exchange period will NOT be accepted and you will be sent an invoice for postage to return them to you.
We do not offer refunds for returns under any circumstances. We are happy to assist you to get the right style and fit for you BEFORE you purchase and happily exchange or credit if you don't love it but we do not refund.
For hygiene reasons underwear, headware, earrings and swimwear cannot be returned under any circumstances (unless faulty). Luckily those items often have quite a flexible fit due to the stretch in the fabrics but if in any doubt please contact us for assistance with sizing before purchasing.
Terms and conditions
Items must be returned to us within 7 days of you receiving the items. They must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Return postage is at your cost and we recommend using a trackable service and insurance if the item is valuable. If the items are not received by us we will not be able to process your return.
Upon receiving your returned item/s we will assess condition. If we reasonably believe you have worn or damaged the item we reserve the right to decline the return. You will have the choice to have the item/s returned to you at your cost if this occurs.
If we accept your return you will have the choice to exchange or receive a store credit. Please let us know your preference when you are returning the item/s. Please note, Miko + Mollie stock a carefully curated selection of designers and designs, we do not stock items in bulk so there is a chance the item you select for exchange is not available when we receive your return. In this instance we will automatically provide you with a credit note for the item/s returned.
Please note, if you received a discount for purchasing multiple items and you return one or any of them, your credit note will be revised down to accommodate the original discount (if any) you would have been entitled to without that item/s on your original order. For example, if you received 20% off for purchasing 3 items in one transaction, and you return one of those items, your credit note will be revised down to remove the discount from your original order (including all other items). Any bonus items must also be returned when you return an item that made an order eligible for a bonus item or special offer.

Returns are collected and processed twice a week but we hardly ever receive any because our stock and service is so good so most people get what they love first time, every time, so we will process them as quickly as we can if you need to return something!
