As a valued customer of Miko + Mollie you not only have your usual consumer rights under Australian consumer law but we also offer 7 day returns for change of mind. You can return your item/s within 7 days and as long as they are still in brand new, unworn condition you can exchange them for something else or receive a store credit for future use.
Fashion is a fast paced game and we ask you to respect how hard we work to run a successful business so please return your item/s to us IMMEDIATELY on receipt of them if you do not like them or want to return them for any reason. Items returned to us outside of the 7 day exchange period will NOT be accepted and you will be sent an invoice for postage to return them to you.
We do not offer refunds as a standard option (unless required by law which is in very limited circumstances and in most instances we have the right to fix the issue before a refund would be considered). This is because we invest time in processing your order, packing it with care and dispatching it to you (all in a very timely manner!). We push ourselves to give you the best possible experience when shopping with us and if we were to refund your sale we would not make any money to cover our costs on that sale. We also have some of the most incredible stock in Australia so there is always something else that you could exchange for or purchase with your credit note at some point. You have a year to use it! However, if you would really prefer a refund, we will refund the purchase price of the item (unless it is now on sale in which case you will receive the sale price) LESS A RESTOCKING FEE to cover the costs of processing your original order AND the return. Both of these transactions take time and effort and cost our business money which we deserve to be paid for. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule.
The restocking fee is 20% of your order value or $65, whichever is the lesser and goes some way to covering the time invested, packing materials and a small contribution to our overheads such as rent, power, water, telephone, internet, advertising and the like. All orders must contribute to overheads otherwise we would go out of business! We hope you understand and we hope you enjoy the fabulous service and range we invest in for you.
Postage each way is not refundable.
For hygiene reasons underwear, headware and swimwear cannot be returned under any circumstances (unless faulty). Luckily those items often have quite a flexible fit due to the stretch in the fabrics but if in any doubt please contact us for assistance with sizing before purchasing.
Terms and conditions
Items must be returned to us within 7 days of you receiving the items. They must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Return postage is at your cost and we recommend using a trackable service and insurance if the item is valuable. If the items are not received by us we will not be able to process your return.
Upon receiving your returned item/s we will assess condition. If we reasonably believe you have worn or damaged the item we reserve the right to decline the return. You will have the choice to have the item/s returned to you at your cost if this occurs.
If we accept your return you will have the choice to exchange or receive a store credit. Please let us know your preference when you are returning the item/s. Please note, Miko + Mollie stock a carefully curated selection of designers and designs, we do not stock items in bulk so there is a chance the item you select for exchange is not available when we receive your return. In this instance we will automatically provide you with a credit note for the item/s returned.
