Please note, we have seen a return to delays with Australia Post over the last few weeks, even for express post. We are addressing this with them and reporting all slow post to them as we become aware of it. We pack and dispatch every single day (except Tuesdays), usually within 10 minutes to 8 hours of you placing your order, so we are doing our absolute best to get your beautiful purchases to you as quickly as possible.
If you notice very little movement on your tracking, please report your parcel as lost/missing/slow via the Australia Post Help and Support portal. The link to the form is here. Often as soon as you report it as lost/missing/slow we see it get a move on! It is a very effective way to notify Australia Post that your parcel has been delayed.
Please also note delays can be different across the network. Post sent from one location may arrive within a day or two but it may not when sent from a different location. Australia Post is experiencing disparate delays for all different reasons across their network and because the express post guarantee no longer exists we are finding it difficult to have this addressed, like many Australian businesses. Where possible, we are using couriers instead (couriers not available for express services though).
Miko + Mollie ship for FREE within Australia for all orders over $250! ($500 when we have a special sale event on with heavily discounted stock). We offer a free regular post service which usually takes 3-5 business days or you can upgrade to express postage for as little as $5! Express post upgrades are based on weight and your rate will calculate at checkout where you can choose regular or express post.
We are not responsible for loss or damage incurred during the shipping process once we dispatch the order. We encourage you to select signature on delivery with insurance for orders over $100 in value to ensure you will be compensated if your parcel goes missing or is damaged in the post.
We encourage you to select an insured postage option at checkout, or add them from any of our product categories, if you are concerned about the safety of your parcels. If you can't find the option, please contact us and we can add it to your order for you.
We pack and dispatch every day of the week except Tuesdays! Express post orders must be placed before 2pm each day to meet the new Australia Post express deadline of 4pm at our nearest facility.
Miko + Mollie ship to our international customers using regular services or Australia Post express services. DHL Express can be used on request but is usually 3-4 times the price of Australia Post Express. If you would prefer to use DHL Express please contact us and we can provide you with a pick up time and location to arrange with DHL.
During the pandemic we are seeing significant delays to international orders due to the lack of internal domestic and external international flights to transport freight. But it will be worth the wait when you receive your incredible Australian designer items that all your friends will be jealous of!
We can't take responsibility for any loss or damage incurred once we dispatch your order, or for the time taken to deliver. You accept this shipping service at your own risk. If you would like your order insured so you can be compensated if lost or damaged, please email email@example.com after you place your order and we will arrange insurance for you and send you an invoice for the additional cost. A small price to pay for peace of mind!
