Shipping
Postage prices keep going up in Australia and delivery times slowing down! Don't ask us how that works but we don't get a say unfortunately! Haha!
However, to ease this pain for you, we have changed our policies and are absorbing some of the extra cost for you.
Australian customers
All orders over $290 will qualify for free regular postage within Australia unless we have a flash sale or warehouse sale on where orders over $500 qualify for free regular postage. If you are buying full price items at the time a sale is on and your order is over $290, we will refund the postage cost back to you when you place your order.
Orders under $290 (or $500 during big sales) are charged by weight starting at $9.95 for regular postage. There are subsidised (we absorb the additional cost) rates for signature on delivery and insurance as well. If you value you order we highly recommend you insure it for your own peace of mind. Unfortunately we are not liable for parcels lost or damaged in the post so insurance is a great way to ensure you get what you paid for if you have a naughty postie! If you don't like to incur the additional cost, we also suggest utilising free parcel lockers so items can't be left outside your house unattended (Australia Post are not supposed to do this if it is not safe to do so but many of the posties unfortunately do).
Australia Post delays
Please note, we have seen a return to delays with Australia Post over the last few weeks. We pack and dispatch 6 days per week, usually within 10 minutes to 8 hours of you placing your order, so we are doing our absolute best to get your beautiful purchases to you as quickly as possible.
If you notice very little movement on your tracking, please report your parcel as lost/missing/slow via the Australia Post Help and Support portal. The link to the form is here. Often as soon as you report it as lost/missing/slow we see it get a move on! It is a very effective way to notify Australia Post that your parcel has been delayed.
Please also note delays can be different across the network. Post sent from one location may arrive within a day or two but it may not when sent from a different location. Australia Post is experiencing disparate delays for all different reasons across their network and because the express post guarantee no longer exists we are finding it difficult to have this addressed, like many Australian businesses. Where possible, we are using couriers instead (couriers not available for express services though).
Bulky and/or heavy orders
Please note all orders containing shoes or bulky hoodies, jackets etc will be sent via regular post unless you request and pay for an express post upgrade. Heavy orders are unviably expensive to post.
These orders are not eligible for free express post upgrades within Aus and not eligible for free or discounted international shipping options.
Domestic orders will be sent regular post unless the express post upgrade is selected and paid for. International orders will be invoiced for full postage cost and sent once the postage invoice is paid.
International customers
Miko + Mollie ship to the US, UK, Canada, New Zealand and some EU countries. We use Australia Post regular services or Australia Post express services. DHL Express can be used on request but is usually 3-4 times the price of Australia Post Express. If you would prefer to use DHL Express please contact us and we can provide you with a pick up time and location to arrange with DHL.
We can't take responsibility for any loss or damage incurred once we dispatch your order, or for the time taken to deliver. You accept this shipping service at your own risk. If you would like your order insured so you can be compensated if lost or damaged, please email hello@mikoandmollie.com after you place your order and we will arrange insurance for you and send you an invoice for the additional cost. A small price to pay for peace of mind!

USA, UK, Canada, some EU countries

Rest of the world
At present due to an increase in fraudulent orders targeting Australian eccomerce businesses, we are not shipping to other countries routinely. If you would like to purchase something please contact us at hello@mikoandmollie.com to place the order - you will be required to pay via paypal so both parties are protected from fraud.
We have fraud detection processes in place. Any orders flagged as potentially fraudulent, whether they are placed from within Australia or outside of Australia, will be cancelled immediately and if the order is legitimate you may re-place your order but you will be required to pay via paypal again to ensure both parties are protected from fraud.
